Lastly we have the Silent 8 fan from Gelid.

The Silent 9 TC According to Gelid, this fan is designed for Silent enthusiasts, who like their PC to regulate itself without worrying about noise and heat issues. The unique feature of the TC fan or more correctly the Temperature Control fan provide additional airflow by changing the fan speed according to your actual temperature needs. This is done via the external temperature probe, which can be placed as needed.

Similarly, like Silent 12 PWM, this fan has a special algorithm to facilitate the optimum cooling at the various temperatures, and does not rely on a linear increase in speed as competitor fans do.
Each fan impeller has been individually balanced using the latest technology to guarantee stable operation giving you no more noise than absolutely necessary and maximum cooling when needed.

An intelligent IC embedded in the fans PCB allows smart variable fan speeds as mentioned. To add to that, the silent fan mounts replace traditional screws and are made of high quality, temperature resistant, extra long lasting rubber which prevents vibrations from permeating throughout your case.

This fans Dimension are 92 x 92 x 25mm, the Fan Speed is between 900 (@22C) – 2000 (@42C). The noise level fluctuates between 11-23.5 dBA according to the speed.
