LED lamps are the latest Green technology.GlacialLIght @ OPTO 2009 displays their BR30, BR40 LED lamps as well as Lightbar, LED Tubes and special power saving driver for LED lights. Compatable wit traditional CFL, E27 and E26 or any other kinds of base that suits the demand. Standard colors are 3000k, or 6000k. 35000Hrs lifetime, 3 year warrentee. 10x price different compared to traditional lamps but has 80% power savings.

YUHO Thermal conductive solar water heater @ OPTO 2009

YUHO @ OPTO 2009 showed the difference between a standard heatpipe’s conductivity and their own specialized heatpipe. The specialized heatpipe conducted the heat much quicker and more efficiently. The whole unit is designed to capture heat, store it, and then conduct it into a central water reservoir that can then heat the water inside. The whole unit is part of the worldwide drive to push down power consumtion and apply GREEN solutions.

CPT 111″ LCD 3D monitor TV wall @ OPTO 2009

CPT 111″ 3D wall on display at OPTO 2009. The 3D wall makes video come to life. Unfortunately you need to be therer to see it with two eyes. But take our word for it.. It’s AWESOME!!!. and I want one soon. They combine 3×3 37″ monitors to create the tv wall. The software can convert 2D movie into 3D vision. The monitor has a special layered surface that works in conjunction with the software to create the 3D image.

CMO LCD TV’s @ OPTO 2009

LCD screen displays at the CMO booth during OPTO 2009.
The Chi-Mei Green monitors on display are at 100-120Hz, and range in size from 42″, 47″, and 55″ for SI companies that can use them to replace the standard 60Hz monitors currently being used. CCFL backlight is the current system in use, however there is a LED backlight in development due in Q4. The LED backlight will give very good power savings. The backlight display for advertising has 1700nits and exceeds regular displays quite considerably.

CMO 240Hz Display @ OPTO 2009

CMO show the latest 240Hz monitor which can vary the frequency across the length of the screen. The difference varies between 60Hz to 120Hz and then up to 240Hz. The response time is 3.4ms.

Improved contrast for power savings and brighter brights and darker dark zones.

Milli-Power
Optimised the power saving for notebooks giving 80% power savings for new laptops. 15.6″ at 16:9 @1366x 760 resolution
