Multitouch screen from CTO demonstrated at Display Taipei 2009, using the optical type of sensor where an unlimited number of touch points can control your PC desktop environment. With Windows 7 multitouch software imminent, the multitouch screens will do very well and should be featuring in alot of future notebooks and PC screens.
The notebook screens can have only 2 or 3 points on the touch screens, which can be adjusted to accept more points should developers need it.

AMD @ Computex 2009 will launch their own 3D technology, they have been working with a company called DDD who provides the technology behind it. It requires adriver to be installed on top of the ATI catalyst driver. It is different from Nvidia 3D Tech because they use passive glasses. So when you look outside the screen, it has no flickering. Running at 1920×1200 resolution with interlaced alternating eye setup. Unlike Zalman, the AMD technology is more software based, although has some similarities.
